Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Lead Generation Specialist to join our Employer of Record (EOR) Sales team. This role focuses on identifying, nurturing, and generating qualified leads to support our sales objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and lead generation, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the EOR market.

📍  Location: India (Remote)
💼  Responsibilities (not limited to)
  • Lead Identification: Research and identify potential clients in the EOR market using various tools and databases.
  • Prospecting: Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage with potential leads through emails, calls, social media, and networking events.
  • Qualifying Leads: Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet the target profile.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM with accurate and timely information on lead interactions and status.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new lead opportunities.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, progress, and outcomes.
📝  Qualification
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in lead generation, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the EOR or HR services industry.
  • Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot), strong research and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, results-driven, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
