DevOps Engineer

A DevOps Engineer is an IT professional who collaborates with development (Dev) and operations (Ops) teams to automate and streamline the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Their goal is to ensure faster, more reliable software delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Experience with infrastructure automation: Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Docker, Kubernetes, among others.
  • Experience in configuring CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with code version control systems
  • Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
  • Understanding of infrastructure security principles
  • Experience with Containerization and Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
  • Commitment to DevOps principles and practices, including collaboration, automation, measurement, and continuous feedback sharing among teams.
  • Experience with Agile methodology

General knowledge for all modules

  • Module configuration
  • Requirements analysis
  • Process modeling
  • Integration with other modules in SAP
  • Debugging and monitoring alongside ABAP for development and error corrections
  • Customization design
  • Rollout
  • Integration with other ERP and fiscal systems
  • Experience with SAP S/4Hana, ECC
  • Waterfall and/or Agile methodology
  • Advanced English proficiency
